Banana Berry Green Smoothie Recipe/Tutorial
It’s summertime (almost) and that makes me crave fruit! I also really need to up my nutrition intake. One awesome way to accomplish both tasks is to make smoothies! This recipe for my Banana Berry Green Smoothie is so delicious and refreshing!
- 1/2 cup coconut water (or more if desired)
- 1 cup greens of your choice
- 1 banana
- 1 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries & blackberries)
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
