Peanut Butter Cup Brownies!

Welcome to another edition of  my Blinged Out Brownies Series on YouTube!  This one is for Peanut Butter Cup Brownies!  As always with this series, I started with a brownie mix, then I added some peanut butter, peanut butter cups and chocolate chips.  They turned out amazingly delicious!

Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan Casserole

This recipe for Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan Casserole is a favorite in our house!  It’s so easy to make and it tastes amazing!  

2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
3 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1-2 jars of marinara sauce
1.5 – 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
5 ounce package croutons

Roasting a Spaghetti Squash – Tutorial/Recipe

Have you ever wondered how to roast a spaghetti squash?  It’s super easy!  I always thought it would be difficult or kind of a pain, but I was pleasantly surprised!

Roasted spaghetti squash is a great alternative to pasta for those who are gluten free or just trying to reduce their carb intake.

Easy Lasagna Roll Ups Recipe – Freezer Meal

We LOVE lasagna in our house.  I mean, who doesn’t right?  This is an easy method/recipe for lasagna roll ups.  The great thing about lasagna roll ups is that you can customize them based on the likes and dislikes of each family member.

This is one of my earlier videos, so excuse the poor quality.  😉

  • 12 Lasagna noodles, cooked
  • meat of your choice (optional)
  • 32 oz. ricotta cheese
  • seasonings to taste (garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, Italian seasoning)
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • spinach (optional)
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese

Follow the instructions in the video.  When you take it out of the freezer, let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight.  Bake it at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes.

Chicken, Rice and Vegetables in the Electric Pressure Cooker

Just before Christmas I ordered this awesome electric pressure cooker.  I had been eyeing them for a while and a deal from either QVC or HSN (can’t remember which) was just the push I need to buy one!

I’ve been trying recipes here and there, but this is one I always come back to!  It’s so easy and it’s a great way to use up leftovers!


  • Leftover cooked chicken
  • long grain white rice
  • bag(s) frozen vegetables
  • seasonings of your choice
  • chicken stock – 1 1/2 cups per 1 cup long grain white rice

White Bread using the Bread Machine – Recipe

Hey!  This is my favorite white bread recipe for the bread machine.  What makes it extra yummy is that I only make the dough in the bread machine and then bake it in the oven.  Let me know if you try it.

1 1/4 cups milk (lukewarm)
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 1/3 cups flour (all-purpose or bread flour)
3/4 tsp. yeast

Add to bread machine pan according to manufacturer’s instructions. Set machine to dough setting. When dough setting is complete, shape as desired, let rise until doubled and bake. Cool before cutting.

Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan Casserole

This recipe is an absolute favorite of everyone in my family!  It’s so easy to prepare and it tastes delicious!


  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1-2 jars of your favorite marinara sauce
  • 1.5 – 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 5 ounce package croutons

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki Freezer Meal – Recipe


  • 2 1/2 – 3 large chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lb. bag of baby carrots
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks, with juice
  • 1/2 to 1 cup teriyaki sauce.  If you add 1/2 cup sauce, also add 1/2 cup water.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

This is a super yummy and super easy recipe!  

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
2 16 oz. jars Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
1 lb frozen broccoli
1 green pepper chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Throw everything in the slow cooker except the broccoli. Cook on low for 3 hours, then add broccoli. Continue cooking on low for 2-3 hours or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
