Just before Christmas I ordered this awesome electric pressure cooker. I had been eyeing them for a while and a deal from either QVC or HSN (can’t remember which) was just the push I need to buy one!
I’ve been trying recipes here and there, but this is one I always come back to! It’s so easy and it’s a great way to use up leftovers!
- Leftover cooked chicken
- long grain white rice
- bag(s) frozen vegetables
- seasonings of your choice
- chicken stock – 1 1/2 cups per 1 cup long grain white rice
