Low Carb/Keto Crustless Sausage and Mushroom Quiche
Try the delicious Low Carb/Keto Crustless Sausage and Mushroom Quiche!
1/2 pound of sausage, cooked, drained and cooled
4 ounces of mushrooms, cut into small pieces and cooked with sausage
3/4 cup heavy cream
8 ounces frozen spinach, thawed with water squeezed out
1/4-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2-1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2-1 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch nutmeg (optional)
8 ounces Cheddar cheese
Pour into greased pie plate (mine is 9 inches).
Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40-45 minutes.
