Lasagna can be very time consuming and probably reserved for weekend dinners.  With this tutorial for Lasagna in the Slow Cooker you can  make it any night of the week.  You don’t even have to cook the pasta first!

Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki Freezer Meal – Recipe


  • 2 1/2 – 3 large chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lb. bag of baby carrots
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks, with juice
  • 1/2 to 1 cup teriyaki sauce.  If you add 1/2 cup sauce, also add 1/2 cup water.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

This is a super yummy and super easy recipe!  

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
2 16 oz. jars Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
1 lb frozen broccoli
1 green pepper chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Throw everything in the slow cooker except the broccoli. Cook on low for 3 hours, then add broccoli. Continue cooking on low for 2-3 hours or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Easy Chicken with Potatoes & Broccoli In the Slow Cooker

You know those days when you have your mind set on something for dinner and then you realize you don’t have all the ingredients?  Well, this was one of those days!  So, I just threw together what I had on hand and it turned out delicious!

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Bottled marinade or salad dressing (I used Lawry’s Baja Chipotle)
Frozen broccoli
Chopped onion
8 oz. chicken broth
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Marinate chicken,  add remaining ingredients, except broccoli.  Cook on low for 3-4 hours, then add in broccoli, black pepper and garlic powder (to taste).  Cook on low for another 2-3 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
