I’ve always struggled with boiled eggs. I either boil them too long or not long enough. Then, I have a hard time peeling them! Both of these problems are easilly solved by using the electric pressure cooker to boil the eggs for you!

Leftover cooked chicken
long grain white rice
bag(s) frozen vegetables
seasonings of your choice
chicken stock – 1 1/2 cups per 1 cup long grain white rice
